Important Information for Your Stay

Breakfast Bookings and Breakfast Packs

Please book your breakfast or request a breakfast pack by 22h00 on the evening before it is required. This allows our team sufficient time to prepare your meal and arrange your breakfast pack. Guests who require a breakfast pack for an early departure should make their request before this deadline.

Identification at Check-In

All guests must present a valid identity document (ID) or driver’s licence upon check-in. Please ensure that you have your identification available when you arrive to help us complete the check-in process smoothly.

EFT Payments

If you pay for your booking by electronic funds transfer (EFT), the funds must reflect in Bolivia Lodge’s bank account before you check in. Please allow sufficient time for your bank to process the transfer, as proof of payment alone does not confirm that the funds have been received.

If the EFT payment has not reflected in our account at the time of check-in, you will be required to pay by card at the Lodge.

Should the original EFT payment subsequently reflect in Bolivia Lodge’s account, the original EFT amount will be refunded in accordance with the Lodge’s refund policy.
